Backup Exec 2012 cannot access Remote Agent Resource

Backup Exec 2012 cannot access Remote Agent Resource

The Remote Agent successfully installed but when creating backup job for the target server. It can see the target server but can't browse its resource. Pls help!

I already follow the below link to grant the services account of the target server for below local policy

·               Act as part of the operating system  

·               Backup files and directories

·               Create a token object

·               Log on as a batch job Log on as a service 

·               Manage auditing and security log (BE 2010 R3 and later)

·               Restore files and directories

·               Take ownership of files and other objects
